Location: Kerala

Reports To: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the operation of the front office department and primarily reporting to front office manager.
  • Act as the bridge between the front and the back office.
  • Customer Satisfaction with guest feedback, social media review.
  • Showing initiative, problem-solving, staff training and team leading.
  • Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly conduct.
  • Should be able to deliver high quality of relationships with guests throughout their stay.
  • Needs to handle any guest complaints or issues and should provide speedy solutions.
  • Ensure personalized service is offered to each and every guest.
  • Supervises the management of debtors, group and individual quest invoicing and cash/card operations.
  • Have a good understanding of all the systems and standard operating procedures of the front office.
  • Ensure that quests documentation and information is available and up to date.
  • Oversee quest arrivals and departures with the front office executive and duty managers.
  • Ensures the pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied.
  • You need to review the arrival list for all arrivals and VIP’s to check room allocations, amenities and special requests.
  • Prepare monthly and daily revenue report and circulate to all HOD’s.

Essentials: You need to have a well-developed communication and customer relations skills and should be highly organized, result oriented carrying the ability to work well under pressure.

Education: Graduates bachelor degree and/or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other related fields. Computer Knowledge and experience in IDS software along with MS Office Program.

  • Recruiting, training and supervising staffs as per requirements.
    Planning the menus for the restaurant.

  • Overseeing all the stock levels and ordering supplies.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Keeping all statistical and financials records.

  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.
  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule the front office staffs and supervises workload during shifts.
  • Maintains the master key control.
  • Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and is properly communicated.
  • Quickly resolves guest problems with efficiency and courtesy
  • Evaluates the job performances of the front office employees
  • Maintains a healthy work relationship and ongoing communications with all departments
  • Receives information from the previous shift manager and passes on pertinent details to the incoming manager.
  • Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift and enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
  • Ensures the wearing of proper uniform at all times and requires all front office employees to wear proper uniforms at all times.
  • Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis and maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system with documentation of purchases, vouchering, schedules, forecasts, reports and tracking logs.
  • Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities: 

  • Primary job duties include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, work areas, furnishings, and carpets.
  • Cleaning rooms which include duties such as changing bed linens and emptying trash as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets.
  • Replenish guest supplies, such as hand soap and shampoos.
  • Cleaning common areas such as banquet and meeting rooms etc and also answering guest questions, helping the front desk person when ever required.

Experience Required: 1 Year.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations of the accounts department.
  • Need to manage accounts payable and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a very timely manner.
  • Maintain all fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile cash and financial accounts.
  • Need to maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting of data and prepare financial reports.
  • Prepare the table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Allocate cash to different departments/divisions.

Education: 

  • B.Com/M.Com
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software & databases
  • Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services to all.
  • Direct the implementation and administration of all IT resources.
  • Oversee new system facilitation and current system enhancements.
  • Managing and administering the IDS software.
  • Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
  • Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.

Essentials: Knowledge of IDS software is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to report and procedural standards.
  • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
  • Preparing accounts and tax returns.
  • Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
  • Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions.
  • Advise management on issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Essentials: Thorough knowledge of Tally Accounting Software.
